We had 5 nights staying in the hotel and overall it was a really relaxed and friendly stay. Claudia and Walter were the hosts and were really welcoming. It did help that every time you popped to the reception they gave you a warming schnapps!|Location was very good, easy access to the local trains that took us to the Kaltenbach ski lifts, much easier in our opinion than the ski bus.|Big highlight was the sauna area. A very chilled area with relaxed seating, a large sauna and a very steamy steam room! complimentary teas also really helped the vibe.|Rooms were all a very good size, bed was super comfy and all rooms had a fridge even if you were not in the apartment style.|Breakfast was very good too, lots of healthy options as well as eggs cooked to order and however you wanted them.||Highly recommend this hotel, overall a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. I often wonder if the Austrians think that we foreigners like white plastered rooms with dark wooden doors, dark wooden cupboards, and poor and uncosy illuminated rooms that makes it most of the time impossible to read a book. Fortunately, the owners of this hotel know better. This recently renovated place has spacious apartments, modern and light, beautifull bathroom with rainshower, with for a change enough space to store all the attributes for 4 adults. Not less than 3 tv screens and a well equipped kitchen. And the in-house restaurant serves good food too.||Room for critisism? Hardly. The bar feels a bit cold, probably because it is too big.
