We were 10 people going there for a birthday party. The location is below average and we were seated at the lower basement that we only were able to reach by taking some stairs. Not very confi with a toddler in a stroller. The food was pretty okay, except the dessert. We had the Tiramisu and it tasted strange. We complained about that and the sassy staff told us that this isn't possible. No excuses, no apologize by the Chef, no cost reduction or substitution. They made us clearly feel that they feel insulted and they'd prefer us to leave and so we did. When paying by CC we had to stand in the line in front of the counter and wait for our turn. We reserved a table three months ago and called again in the morning, but when we arrived, the tables were not ready. We had to wait over an hour for the food and the meat was completely raw, they took it away and when they brought it back, there wasn't much difference! The restaurant had a very small kitchen and just one cook for the whole restaurant, and the poor cook got a break down at some point and just left the restaurant!!! The food is good, but unfortunately, the service is very bad. The waiter seemed irritated while serving us (perhaps because we were foreigners) and was extremely rude for no reason during payment. She made us pay for tap water, falsely claiming that she had warned us about the charge. I wouldn’t mind paying if it had been clearly communicated and conveyed in a better tone, but it seemed like she was just in a bad mood.
