tribeka — Restaurant in Graz

Usually it's a great place to have a coffee and a comfortable talk with some friends there, but I'm never really satisfied with the quality of the coffee. And last time I've been there, the experience was horrible. The staff was not friendly, they didn't have cream (what coffee shop doesn't have cream?), the size of my hot chocolate was as ridiculous as how it tasted and it was completely over prized. Also, everyone sits so close to each other that you can't really have private talks without everyone around you listening. Great and good options on the menu. One thing I would invite this place to do is to have paper/more eco cups for its smoothies not just for the juices. No need to make me feel guilty for choosing a plastic cup over a reusable glass mug if I am a tourist traveling Europe on a motorcycle with no space to carry your mug around. Just replace your plastic smoothie cups with a more sustainable option. Starting with a nice interior, great food (cream cheese bagel) and great cinnamon rolls, I was craving those and so happy to have a good one! Unfortunately ordering and the service was very unorganized. We had to take the pastry immediately, got a number for our table for the food, but the coffee we were supposed to wait for at the counter (without being told to do so), very confusing as a customer.
