A rather disappointing restaurant. Absolutely ordinary food at highly inflated prices. Yes, it’s cozy and beautiful, but that’s the norm here—this is Austria. The service was good, but the same can’t be said for the food. We ordered a meat fondue, which, as it turned out, had to be cooked in soup rather than cheese. For €100, we got four types of meat and a few sauces. Whether we cooked the meat incorrectly out of ignorance or the quality just wasn’t great, both my wife and I had stomach issues all night. I state that I never write reviews, but today I feel compelled after my experience. The restaurant looks very good, like a real cozy hut. The menu also looks good. There were 7 of us and we all opted for a Wiener schnitzel which cost a good 34 euros. Given the high cost, expectations were high. I went there with my sister and to be honest it was one of the best experience I’ve had so far. The restaurant itself is very cozy and gives a friendly atmosphere!
