Very bad experience - was shouted at when I tried to order a coffee.

I was walking by on a Sunday afternoon and saw a family and a group of men talking at the tables outside at Segafredo. The door was wide open, so I walked in to order a coffee to go. One of the men who was outside came and shouted at me that the cafe was closed. Completely unnecessary and...
