Stadt Meierei — Restaurant in Leoben

We entered this restaurant when passing through Leoben on our way to Vienna airport. We picked it based on Google reviews. We are Israeli and accostumed to a certain standard of restaurants, usually the Austrian menu of countryside restaurants is limited to shnizel so this restaurant seemed to be a more diverse place. The setting, decor and ambiance was modern and chick and there were a lot of business people eating. Unfortunately the food was the same Austrian fare, with an upgraded touch but not up to the standard we are used to or expected from the look of it. It wasn't bad, and the service was excellent so I do recommend going if you need a nice place to eat, just don't expect too much...

Very good restaurant in the heart of leoben. The portions are normal, so you shouldn't visit if you are really hungry. Quality of the food is very good.
