Linz coffee is quite terrible with just a few exceptions - this is one of them. They have 3rd wave coffee - flat white - cup sizes are typical Italian. They know how to steam the milk properly - micro foam. The roast is lighter and a bit more fruity than Italian roast. If you love typical Italian this is the closest you’ll get in Linz, if you love the lighter, fruity roasts this will probably satisfy you. The atmosphere here is great, service is friendly and nice. This place is a keeper at first sight. It's beautifully decorated and arranged, very pleasant for a coffee. However, it doesn't have many options for food, no savory stuff, and the staff was pressuring too much after I finished my meal. I went there because it was recommended to sit and work a bit, but certainly the place is not open to that. I didn't like espresso they made. Bitter, burned beans. Staff did not know how to deal with complaints. They just said that they made it strictly according to their recipe. That's weird when baristas in dedicated coffee place do not drink coffee they make. When they remade it exactly the same way espresso was much better. I see why other people may like this place.
