I recently had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Ayam Zaman and can highly recommend it. From the warm welcome to the farewell, my experience there was outstanding.

The ambiance of the restaurant is inviting and cozy, with tasteful decor that immediately imparts an authentic and warm feeling. The service was attentive, friendly, and very helpful, making the entire stay extremely pleasant.

The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the food. The menu offers an impressive selection of traditional dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. Every bite was a true explosion of flavors! The appetizers are particularly noteworthy, not only delicious but also beautifully presented.

The price-performance ratio is also excellent. The portions are generous, and the quality of the food justifies every cent.

Overall, my visit to Ayam Zaman was a wonderful experience. I am already looking forward to my next visit and can recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic cuisine and an unforgettable...

Fantastic meal, possibly the best and most authentic Middle Eastern food I have had outside the region itself (and I lived there for 5 years across 3 countries and traveled widely so in a good position to judge). Specifically the restaurant is Syrian and this shows through in the food and the decor - brought back memories of evenings in Aleppo! We were really lucky to stumble across this place during an evening they were doing the Ramadan buffet, as it is only on Fri / Sat / Sun nights. That meant could effectively sample a wide range of the dishes from the menu, and it was all superb. The lentil soup was particularly good. A real communal atmosphere almost all from the local Arabian community enhanced the ambiance. Service very friendly with a couple of minor lapses, but the food makes up for everything - and incredible value for money, EUR20 for all the food and (non-alcoholic) drink you can consume!! During my visit to Linz, I had multiple meals at Ayan Zaman. Each meal was nothing short of exceptional. They have an amazing outdoor sitting area which is where my husband and I sat.

The restaurant’s decor is elegant yet cozy, creating the perfect setting for a delightful meal. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were met.

The food was amazing. I’m Syrian so I know good Arabic food when I see it and everything I ordered was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the main courses, which were both hearty and beautifully presented.

Ayam Zaman offers generous portions at reasonable prices, making it an excellent choice for both quality and quantity.
