Over charged by a girl who didn't seem to like her job, In the bar by the smoking area. Couldn't find the button on the till and said a random figure then took the cash. This previously happened to another person in my group. The girl is making a side profit on innocent people and not putting the order through the till. After several attempts at pointing out an evident open bottle of grey goose to order simple drinks, we were informed in extremely limited English that we would have to purchase a full sealed bottle for an unrealistic price. Nice apre ski but awful service.. bar staff with a really bad attitude! To give you a couple of examples I ordered two beers and the bar girl brought two radlers and told me this is what I said I wanted and refused to exchange it.. so we had to order again. Later on I put my half full drink on the counter and one of the bar staff took it when I turned around and when I asked why she said there was only 1/3 left and refused to give me a new one. You just don’t need that sort of stuff when you are on holidays. Get a grip guys. Bit of customer service training...

Bin öfters dort gewesen. Leider muss ich sagen ,dass so gut wie alle Türsteher als auch Barkeeper total unfreundlich mit den Gästen umgehen und allgemein die Handhabung von Kunden total unprofessionell ist.

Schließt daraus das bei den Security leider auf das billigste Personal zurückgegriffen wird und kein Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird.

Als auch an der Bar gehen sie mit den Leuten um wie sie wollen. Typisch in dem Lokal aber leider kommen immer genug Leute da die Location einfach passt.

Finde ich sehr schade. Die zwei Vorfälle die ich die letzten zwei Mal wo ich dort war erlebt habe wünsche ich keinem Menschen und vor allem keinem Kunden, der was konsumiert und sich dazu normal verhält.

Um weniger kompetente Türsteher oder unfreundlichere Barkeeper zu finden müsste man sich auf eine endlose Suche begeben!

Aber Hauptsache das Personal ist billig. Profit ist ja das wichtigste wie jeder wissen sollte:)!

Auch der DJ ist in 9 von 10 Fällen leider unterdurchschnittlich!

Auch ein Versuch vom Chef mich vom beschweren abzuhalten mit einem 20€ schein den er mir aus seinem VIP Tisch heraus schmiss. Natürlich nicht angenommen ums Geld geht es nicht sondern um die Handhabung der Gäste/Kunden. Einfach nur jämmerlich so ein Versuch. Unterste Schublade dieses Lokal.

Nicht zu vergessen die 15€ Eintritt an Silvester. Bei normalem DJ der sonst auch immer ist am Wochenende ohne jeglichen Eintritt. Hab keine Ahnung wie man diesen Preis irgendwie rechtfertigen könnte. Nur weil Silvester ist oder wie? Was sollte...
