Horrible place, ordered pasta and asked for no milk or cheese in it, the waiter told us it’s all good and that there is no milk or cheese in the dish. The waiter came with the dish and there was cheese on the pasta. When We told him we asked for no cheese He asked us if we want it or should he get us a new one, we told him we want a new one. This time it came with no cheese and it was nice. Butttt the real problem started here. At the end we asked for the bill, then we noticed we were charged for two pasta’s. We thought it was a mistake so we told the waiter and his answer was “u ordered two” When we told him what happened he said he is going to talk to his colleague. When he came back he said “this is how it here, u didn’t asked about cheese only about milk u need to pay for both of them” We were shocked, after trying our best to explain him he went away, then came back and told us “ I paid for your pasta, please don’t come here again”

We visited the restaurant twice. On the first we were seated quickly because there was plenty of free tables and had a great dinner. Left a good tip to the barman.

So when there were plenty of available tables, we were welcomed. But when the restaurant was full, we were not.
The rude barman introduced himself as the manager which just made it seem so obvious that NON german are not welcome at all. He didn’t even want to talk to me after he chose to sit other people, not us. After that he came out of the restaurant and started yelling that he is deciding who is welcome.
I do not support racism and never thought that this could happen to...
Read moreA very stylish relaxed bar. Lovely decor and friendly staff. Booking for evening dining is recommended, as it is quite popular.
Like many Austrian bars, they won't let the table out for a short time if it is reserved for later, which to my eyes costs them business. We had to stay at the bar despite two tables staying empty for the duration of our visit.
We ordered truffle chips as a snack, they were delicious, though at a cost of 9 euros for the bowl, and a large beer was 6 euros, which the most expensive we paid the entire week we stayed in Mayrhofen. Even in our hotels the going rate is 5 euros.
Overall, we really enjoyed the atmosphere in Brasserie Q and as a special treat, we would gladly...
