Restaurant El Toro — Restaurant in Mayrhofen

I travel more than 180 days a year so I've tried a lot of different restaurants and I must say this restaurant beats a lot of overrated restaurants. In Europe they don't ask for a tip but for the service here, I think most American restaurants should be ashamed no matter what their reason for asking for a tip, even most of them just casually ask how my meal is and then just Another drink filled with ice cubes was served. The restaurant didn't neglect their work because I was a family dinner, a tourist and a popular tourist attraction. They paid full attention to the tableware and ensured that we were satisfied satisfy. All in all, I can say that their service is far better than many high-end restaurants in the city. The price and quality of the most important food surprised me. I think the chef may have received orthodox Spanish cuisine training, especially in non-Spanish places, it is even more valuable! We were 11 people. We reserved the place to 6:15 pm, and were informed that we will only have the place for 1.5 hours. We arrived on time, but it took 10 minutes till we were seated. The first dish beef tartar was good. For main dish we ordered the Tomahok, that we shared with 3 people. We ordered it medium, it came out last, and was rare. We send it back gor additional cook. It was better, but still parts were rare. It was good dish, but I ate better ones. I had high hopes for the Wagyu burger at this restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. Despite the premium quality of Wagyu beef, the burger was dry and practically inedible. To add to the disappointment, the service seemed lacking, possibly due to understaffing. Our waiter never checked on us until everyone had finished their meals, and when I attempted to order something else, I couldn't get their attention amidst the chaotic rush.
