KFC (PlusCity) — Restaurant in Pasching

Bad experience overall: First, we had to wait about half an hour because the queue was so long and they only had one employee taking orders. Two other employees were just standing there doing nothing. Then, when it was finally our turn, they said we couldn’t order the bucket that we wanted, and that they only sold certain products as a single item which was, of course, more expensive in total. We did get one menu, in the end. And to our surprise, the menu did not include any sauces. That is why we got charged extra because we wanted our sauces too. The cashier was really impatient and then in our haste, he didn’t give us our change back. It was only a few cents, but it still is not acceptable to just keep the change, in our opinion, without getting the customer’s consent. Absolutely unacceptable. The food was okay, everything was very salty tho - and the chicken popcorn was simply disgusting: bland, and tasted...

Thought that KFC would have same standarts everywhere - thought WRONG! I couldn't have been more clear with my order in English and it was still an absolute nightmare to make the staff understand. (FI: Cheese in Grander is a standart in my country but here i got asked if i wanted cheese) With my social anxiety through the roof i waited for my order. Fries were fine ,but the Grander was one of the worst things i've ever eaten...burnt bun, dry,hard meat that was all black and tasteless,almost NO spicy sauce in it...how can you even sell this? I was ultra-hungry and had a hard time finishing that abomination you call a burger. Advice for everyone: Eat anywhere else than here - or just order fries,those were ok. But be careful with your choice of English words,the staff don't even know the word...

I purchased a bucket of 6 hot wings along with an additional 3 hot wings. However, they forgot to include the extra 3 wings. When I inquired about it, a lady told me it wasn’t possible to provide the extra pieces. I showed them the receipt where the details were clearly mentioned. Although one employee tried to help, the lady rudely refused to give me the extra wings. I paid for the additional 3 pieces but didn’t receive them, and on top of that, I encountered rude behavior.
