L'Osteria Pasching — Restaurant in Pasching

The most worst visit. Sorry for that place!!! But our last visit was one of the most bad experience we ever had with restaurants, we booked a table on the 25th of April for a small birthday dinner, we requested exactly where to sit, outside by the corridor, we arrived on time there was no table even prepared for us and there was no free table for us even by the corridor, we told them fine we can sit where else we did wait till table is prepared for us even we booked before after a while they offered us a table by the wall and we had to sit on uncomfortable banks even for young people and we had old people with us, we tried to ignore everything not to destroy our day and accept what is offered to us. Food was ordered waiter was very friendly, few minutes later construction work started close to us only two meters away from us it was extremely extremely loud voice and machines we couldn't even talk to each other, was enough for us and I started to complain to the manager and all what he said to me sorry for that this paustelle doesn't belong to us it's from the Plus city and that's was so funny for me as I don't really care to who it's belong we just need to enjoy our time as planned. That's was really enough for us, They didn't even offer other table where else. Then we decided to pay and leave without finishing our food and went to other place in the Plus City. I was really shy as I am the one who recommended this place to them as I love their food but really feeling very bad and angry from this visit and will never plan for it again, sorry to say that but I don't recommend (Lostria Plus city) to anyone for special day or...

I usually order pizza in L'osteria, which is very good. However, I was not in mood for pizza on Saturday, so I ordered lasagne, which was, unfortunately, a huge disappointment to me. The baking form was round and the pasta was square, which was (I suppose) the reason, why it was all swimming in tomato sauce and reminded me more of a thick tomato soup. It was also very salty and there was barely and meat in it. I could not taste the meat at all, therefore I decided to take a look, if I can, at least, see any. Believe me, I had to look for it very hard to find a few crumbs! On top of that, there was way TOO MUCH cheese. I started to think they ran out of lasagna pasta and used slices of cheese instead. So if you love cheese and tomato sauce, go for it, otherwise I would not recommend. Of course, I told the waiter I was not happy with my lasagna. I expected at least a little interest or concern about my complaint, and hoped, at least, for an apology. But all I got was a sour face and it seemed like he was trying hard not to roll his until he was out of my sight. If I ever go back again, I'll definitely stick to pizza. Also, waiting one hour to get your meal is too long, especially when nobody comes to inform you/ apologise to you for taking so much time. If you know, you'll be taking so long with making the food, you should inform the guests before taking...

Ich komme öfter in die l'osteria und bin eigentlich recht gerne dort, auch wenn nicht immer alles perfekt abläuft. Gestern Abend nach dem Sport haben wir uns wieder entschieden, dass wir in die L'osteria gehen. Es war schon 21:45 (im Internet steht, dass sie um Mitternacht schließt) als wir dort ankamen und wollten noch etwas essen. Nachdem dann ein Kellner kam, fragten wir noch einmal zur Sicherheit, ob wir eh noch bestellen können und der Kellner meinte Pasta und Pizza wären noch möglich. Wir bestellten also zwei Teller Pasta und zwei Vorspeisen. Das alles sei dann aber nicht mehr möglich gewesen. Er gab uns Zeit uns zu entscheiden welche Pizza wir wollten und kam dann aber nicht mehr bis ich einen anderen Kellner herholte. Versuche den ersten Kellner herzuholen funktionierten nicht. Die beiden diskutierten und ersterer Kellner sträubte sich sichtlich, dass er doch zu unserem Tisch kommt, um eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Man merkte, dass das Service-Personal keine Lust zu arbeiten mehr hatte - immerhin war es spät. Wir sagten unsere Bestellungen, er schrieb nichts auf, dann kam der zweite Kellner sichtlich genervt an unseren Tisch und tippte unsere Bestellungen genauso genervt in sein Gerät ein. Ich muss sagen, dass ich an dieser Stelle gern aufgestanden und heimgegangen wäre. Habe mich selten so fehl am Platz und unwillkommen gefühlt.

Haben dann unser Essen bekommen - war okay. Getränke haben wir zum Glück auch bekommen (der erste Kellner hatte nämlich auch diese nicht aufgenommen)

Wir haben schnell gegessen, schnell gezahlt und sind gegangen.

Ich weiß nicht was gestern los war. Vielleicht täusche ich mich und die L'Osteria hat nur bis 22:00 Uhr offen oder die Küche nur bis 22:00. Dann würde ich mir aber eine klare Kommunikation wünschen, in der explizit gesagt wird, dass eine Essensbestellung nicht mehr möglich ist. Das ist nämlich nicht schlimm und so brauche ich nicht Schuld daran haben, dass die Kellner bis nach zehn Uhr arbeiten müssen - denn man merkte dass sie nur mehr drauf warteten, dass wir verschwinden.

Nach einem langen Arbeitstag ist ein solches Verhalten nachvollziehbar, aber ich hätte mir trotzdem einen respektvolleren Umgang gewünscht. Ich hoffe Sie verstehen meine Kritik.
