No doubt, this is the worst restaurant I’ve been in my whole life, and I’m 47. We see the restaurant almost empty, really nice decoration, so we decide to ask for a table. However, although almost all the tables are free, they make us believe they are making an amazing effort to sit us down. Then the fun starts. You scan de QR code for the menu, and when you decide what you want to eat, instead of coming to the table to take note of your order, you have to place it online and give your email address. Weird. We were three persons for dinner, but only two were served. After almost half an hour, and once the other two have finished their plates, I get up to ask how long did I need to wait to get my food and drink. The waitress tells me they didn’t receive the order. Oh excellent, and nobody came to ask after half an hour. I told them I wasn’t hungry anymore at that point. Anyway I ate two slices of the pizza, which by the way it’s not worth the more than 20€ that they charge you for each. I tried better and cheaper pizzas in other parts of Austria, Germany, Spain and of course Italy. Even in Asia make better pizzas than these. Also the drinks are extremely expensive, if you are lucky to get them served. A really bad experience. I never saw such a bad customer...

The restaurant is stunning inside but that’s where it stops, it’s over priced and poor quality for what you get. €5 for 1l tap water, all orders are done on an app (that still asks for service charge)
I ordered beef cheek that came as 3 chunks in one bowl and pasta with carrots and noodles in another bowl that I had to share with my wife as both our dishes were pasta dishes.
So then you have to decant it all onto your plate which is stupid.
The beef was poorly trimmed with large amounts of fat on the meat which when braised correctly should melt in your mouth this did not. No seasoning no flavour just poor and bland.
I really feel they got a mood board and thought what does a posh restaurant need and just did that instead of focusing on the quality of the food
Shame as inside is stunning hopefully they will find the feedback...
Read moreThis was unfortunately the most disappointing dining experience during my winter stay in the Saalbach-Hinterglemm region. The restaurant focuses more on appearance than on substance — the interior is stylish, but the atmosphere was unpleasant, with shortcomings such as flickering lamps that quickly became irritating.
The food itself was very average, portions were extremely small, and prices felt unjustified. For example, when ordering a dish called stuffed peppers (plural), one would reasonably expect at least two pieces — yet only a single pepper arrived, which felt rather poor.
Service came across as pretentious, and the ordering system via mobile phone was frustrating. When going to a restaurant, you expect to enjoy time with friends, not to stare at your phone to place an order.
Overall, not recommended. I give two stars only because...
