Pizzeria Uno Alpenstraße — Restaurant in Salzburg

BEST PIZZARIA in the Austria. period. This restaurant literally change my taste of pizza. I wasn’t a pizza person before, I usually prefer asian food rather than european. HOWEVER after I met this restaurant I felt I discovered “new world of Italian”. I’ve tried pasta, bruschetta, panna cotta, and pizza. THESE were all chef’s kiss. Super tasty and I rlly love the dough it never disappoints me. Also i love the kindness of owner and servers, they treats me soooo well in a respectful way. It is such a stunning restaurant among salzburg, I am so delightful to meet this adorable restaurant! Grazie per il tuo compleanno .

We came here craving italian food. My girlfriend and i shared a big salad that was very tasty. She had penne arrabiata and I had a Diavola pizza. As a pizza enthusiast I have high standards but this one was high up there with the best pizzas I've had (and I had many). I'd go as far as to say it's in my top 3. My girlfriend loved her penne too.

After we finished eating the server asked if we needed more, which we did not. He offered us complimentary drinks and that is what I think the true italian spirit of gastronomy is. We had similar experiences in Italy itself.

I've tried a carbonara here. Not even close to the original unfortunately. They use parmeggiano instead of pecorino. The guanciale was very thin slices, not fried before therefore it was not crispy at all. In the cream -I suppose- they used heavy cream, it was too white for the original recipe, where there is nothing but egg and pecorino.
