Nannis — Restaurant in Seefeld in Tirol

Today I visited this cafe in the morning with my husband and son as it was his 2nd birthday. My son was sitting on their booth style seat and kept the plate on his and was eating a bun that had sprinkled icing sugar on top. He had spilled some icing sugar on his clothes and some on the chair as well but it was icing sugar. A very rude lady with blonde hair and a cowboy hat(others said she was the manager) came suddenly and in a very loud voice shouted “THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, YOU HAVE TO USE A KIDS HIGH CHAIR FOR THE CHILD AND THESE CHAIRS ARE NEW. AND THE CHILD HAS SHOES ON,FOOD EVERYWHERE,YOU CANT DO THIS. and then she brought a high chair and again in a loud voice shouted NOW PUT HIM IN THE CHAIR. I said I will clean the icing sugar he has spilled but she said NO ITS NOT ABOUT CLEANING, THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR, WE HAVE NEW CHAIR COVERS” She was extremely rude and she shouldn’t have shouted at us like that. Everyone else was looking at us as she was so loud. So my child refused to go to the chair so we kept away what he was eating and forced in the high chair. A very nice gentleman from the next table helped us to put him as he felt bad too. And baby was crying and he refused eating again as he felt upset that we had to forcefully stop his eating. After that we couldn’t finish our meal as we all were really upset and I was in tears that we were shouted at like that and my baby couldn’t finish the bun he was enjoying on his 2nd birthday. As we were leaving I didn’t forget to tell that lady what she did was wrong. She said she was busy with work that’s why talked like that. But if she chooses to yell at a child’s table as she was busy she should find a job somewhere else with less work. Im pretty sure she was racist as we are Sri Lankans with brown skin. Nannis restaurant at Seefeld

I would like to highlight on this restaurant as they have delicious food from all type of food. As i have been in Seefeld for the past 4 days every day i pass by for breakfast. Today i meet the worse employee of customer service ever. So i came on the morning and asked to taste a small amount of the ice cream by the mini spoons which they provide. The lady was there gave it to me with a smile on her face so I tried the ice cream as it was delicious and I bought it. Then i came on the evening time when they changed the shift of employee’s and asked the same thing but on different flavor so i can buy it. There was that short blond lady said sorry i cant give u a free taste even if there are the mini spoons. So i was shocked of her rude attitude and i told her that the previous lady gave me and i tried it and bought she simply refused again and said “if million customer walk in asking for free taste we will not have ice cream “ !! When i stepped in the shop i didn’t came for only free taste no i came to buy but i want to taste the other one if it was bad i well ask for the morning one, i have never seen a rude customer service like this in my life ..i will cut my hands if a million customer walk in the shop I really hope the management will take action in...

My family and I had dinner at this restaurant for the first time and I must say that it was a fantastic discovery. We ordered: WIENER SCHNITZEL, SPINATSPÄTZLE, HERZHAFTES RINDSGULASCH MIT HAUSGEMACHTEN BUTTERSPÄTZLE UND SAUERRAHM. The waitress was also very kind and recommended ordering a "baby" portion of SPINATSPÄTZLE for our one-year-old baby, considering that the regular portion is really large (a possibility that was not indicated in the menu, and therefore I still appreciate plus the honesty of the waitress).
