We came across this gem thanks to a highly rated Google review, and it turned out to be one of the best dining decisions we’ve ever made in Vienna. My wife and I indulged in the seafood platter, prawns with saffron risotto, and freshly shucked oysters. Every bite was a revelation — the oysters were briny and fresh, the risotto creamy with just the right touch of saffron, and the seafood platter overflowing with perfectly cooked, succulent treasures from the sea.

What truly set the meal apart was the balance of flavors — nothing was overpowering, yet every element sang with freshness and skillful seasoning. This isn’t your typical tourist spot; it’s a place where locals go for the real deal. Bring Google Translate to navigate the menu so you can explore it fully. 2019 Große frische Auswahl, werktägliche Mittagsmenüs um € 12,90.- Hierfür zumeist eine gute heiße Suppe und stets 2 Unterschiedliche Fischgerichte. Nach mehrmaligem Besuch vergeben wir nur 2,5 Sterne!

Warum Nie wurde unser Fisch wie erwünscht stärker gewürzt - mehr Knoblauch, ab und zu kam das andere nicht gewählte Hauptgericht! Zuletzt wählten wir beide Menü 1 / es kam Menü 2, welches aber zurückgenommen wurde.

Die Salatbasis war frisch, schmeckte etwas erdig, die Marinade leider sehr gewöhnlich! Natürlich wurde auch auf unseren Wunsch vergessen, die gegrillte Scampi & Calamari mit mehr Knoblauch zu zubereiten.

I had a great experience here! The food was very tasty – probably the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had. The portions are big, so you definitely get your money’s worth. Everything we tried was full of flavor, and the prices were more than fair.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole atmosphere even better. They were attentive without being pushy.
