The food is acceptable, the prices are super expensive compared to other restaurants. The main problem is the fact that they're accepting ONLY CASH, this is absolutely ridiculous because a fancy restaurant like this should provide at least another method of payment specially we are in 2022 and everything suppose to be cashless now. I'm disappointed because I had to spend 15min looking for an ATM and the only available ATM in this area charges you extra fees for nothing. One of my worst experiences so far in Vienna and I don't recommend this place to anyone because the staff didn't even try to help me find an alternative solution, they just expected me to solve it on my own which...

If you want a great burger, this is the place to be. Their homemade fries are an absolute recommendation. Great food, nice Ambiente and friendly staff. Also the premises are super clean. Great selection of drinks and their homemade lemonades are a hit.

Although they are not on the cheap side, their ingredients reflect this and the prices are more than fair for what you get.

I would not recommend ordering from them, since they do not have their own delivery service it takes ages ( 120 minutes, being three streets away) to arrive with 3rd party delivery services and totally skews...

Wir waren spontan in das Lokal gestolpert um eine Kleinigkeit zu Mittag zu essen. Laden ganz leer, macht erstmal keinen guten Eindruck aber durch das schöne Wetter und das zahlreiche Angebot an Takeaway in der Favoritenstraße auch nicht allzu verwunderlich. Netter Chef, an sich gute Auswahl an Burgern, Wraps, etc. Bei der Bestellung von Burger plus Pommes wurde uns mitgeteilt, die Pommes sind im gelisteten Preis inkludiert. Essen war sehr gut, auch preislich in Ordnung.

Wieso dann 2 Sterne? Zur Abrechnung kam der Kellner schon ohne Rechnung, auch der genannte Preis scheinte etwas zu hoch angesetzt. Nach Forderung nach der Rechnung stellten wir fest, uns wurde statt zwei kleinen Bier zwei deutlich teurere Flaschen Corona berechnet. Auch noch kein Problem, der Kellner gestand seinen Fehler. Jedoch war die Summe immer noch verdächtig hoch. Nach Verlassen des Lokals und erneutem Check der Karte mussten wir feststellen, dass pro Person 2€ pro Burger und Portion Pommes auf den Burgerpreis verrechnet wurden. Das geht natürlich gar nicht und es ist bedauernswert , dass sich der Kellner an einem Tag ohne Kundschaft im Restaurant dazu gezwungen sah, uns um ca. 10€ zu...
