Breakfast here gave me an insight into Viennese life . Sitting outside on a glorious morning watching the hustle and bustle of people going to work and going about their work . Fascinating for me ! But not for them 😞 back to the food and cafe ! I thought I would try a typical Viennese breakfast with a cream cheese bagel with salad and a lovely honey and mustard infused sauce washed down with krauter tea which I’ve never had but tasted lovely and refreshing . Walked into Café Délice expecting a quick coffee—ended up staying way too long, completely mesmerized by the cozy vibes. The chai? Unreal. Like, ‘rethink your entire beverage hierarchy’ kind of good. Visited this place with a friend on a super hot day (not the best idea). This place has limited working hours. But it's still worth the visit. Lovely place, tons of interesting options that aren't too typical & easily found in any other cafe. Got lucky with the last slice of the Zafran (saffron) cake which was vegan & yet an absolute sta. Easily one of my most favorites in the city. The coffee was pretty good too. The bagel options seemed enticing....
