Reviews saying that the food is tasty are very probably fake ones. I often visit the zoo, and I try to take food and drinks with me, but I still end up eating there from time to time... Today I tried the schnitzel for the first time, I was hoping that they could at least succeed at it... It's the worst dish I had there, and the worst schnitzel I ever tried. Very rude staff and disappointed. When we entered the restaurant and asked for a table the waiter just told us to go look around and find a table. Food was ok, nothing special and when we asked for the bill, the waiter has asked for tips and we didn't want to tip. The waiter aggressively grabbed the kids menu from the hand of my 4 year old son and starting shouting Infront of other customers waiting for the table, "wait because I have to clean the mess". There was no mess, he was just rude and aggressive because I didn't tip. And since your service is rubbish and overpriced you...
