Cafe CAY — Restaurant in Vienna

The drinks were good but the food was not cooked with any care and not presented well, the avocado didn’t taste of avocado- it tasted only sour, the pine nuts not toasted, the flavors not thought through and made by someone who doesn’t care. There should be more love, or at least pride with what you serve. The tagesgericht was horrible, microwaved and served in a box(which fair enough you do write that it’ll be served in a box but it was so sad to receive this at a cafe). Then no one checking back if it tasted good or if we were satisfied.. in the end we only ate the side salad and went in and sent the dish back. We would have happily shared how we felt if someone would have made the effort to...

Flowers around you , nice service team and you are at CAY cafe enjoying Vien 💗✈️ Honestly it's Nice warm place the service team was great I ordered tonic water with ice 🍋 Limon you and mints, Ginger slides and orange Sirup at the buttom of the glass will feel a sweet taste ....fresh drink for hot summer i Extremely would recommend it Plus (entcoffniet ) coffee was very tasty 😋 if you wanna drink coffee and sleep well at night 🌉 .. This place is cozy as atmosphere and also if you want to grab a normal brunch and enjoy a nice interior design. There are two inconveniences - if it is crowded they mess up your order, the waiting time increases and this is not a problem, but when we prompted that to the staff the reaction was a mix between defensiveness and aggression without the customer orientation needed that involves basic listening skills...
