I was very upset with the experience, which i had with this restaurant today. Even 1 star is not enough with the service that we received. My friends and I were expecting to enjoy our weekend dinner here at Sofi Vera, where the service was awfully disastrous. First, it was very slow and seemed like the service staff were ignoring us (the restaurant was quite empty). He made a mistake by bringing just one pizza, where the order contained 2 pizzas and one pizza bread. When we complained about it, instead of apologizing he said “its fine, I will just put the order now.” Moreover, when we asked for balsamic dressing and some olive oil, he just ignored our request, so we had to ask another waitress. But the worst part comes now. After horrible dinner, he lied to us about the bill! We gave him more than 5% tip even with his bad service. However, when we asked for the actual bill, instead of bringing the the bill paper, he showed us his phone, and we recognized that he told us the wrong amount! I do not like giving bad reviews but this time, I guess,...
Read moreI went to Sofi with a group of friends and the pizza was amazing! The place has a nice and cozy atmosphere, with rustic decorations and a cool wood-fired oven. We had an average experience with the service, though. The waiter were polite, but didn't really give us the rundown on the pizza like we expected.
Anyway, we decided to try the Margherita Sbagliata and it was so good! The crust was thin and crispy, and the tomato sauce and cheese were both super tasty. I definitely recommend it.
Overall, if you're looking for some great pizza in Vienna, you should definitely give Sofi a try. It's a bit of a mixed bag with the service, but the pizza is definitely worth it. If you're into that Neapolitan-style pizza, this place...
Read moreReal Napolitan pizza. Very tasty and made from fresh Italian integrities. I was surprised first time when I tried pizza with prosciutto crudo and rucola - lot of prosciutto for italian pizzeria, Italians probably would put less prosciutto, but more tomatoes. I prefer a little bit more crispy. The second time I ate classic margherita and I enjoyed - nothing to add, nothing to remove The price is little bit higher than I expected, but every pizza lover will say it was worth the money. Bearing in mind that the place for dinner is crowded and it is difficult to find a seat, the price is justified and it's at the level of other Vienna...
