We were visiting this place because of very good score in Google Maps. Food is very good (5). I can strongly recomend this place but You need to remember to make a reservation in advance. We were in this place without reservation and this was a biggest issue. There was no chance for table out of the bulding waiter just sad try inside. When we found empty table without ticket "reservation" we just sit there (before that we were waiting for more them 10 min to any action from any waiter). Waiter who was servig us was iritated for any question from our site. Finaly when we asks for a baby chair he start complaining and shaiking his had to show his anger. I've been living in the neighbourhood for about 16 years now and this restaurant was one of my first encounters back in the day. Today I'd confidently say it's one of my favourite place to go if I feel like having Austrian food, it's also one of my favourite places to bring guests who want to try a schnitzel. This is a traditional small busniess, most of the servers here have been around for at least 16 years, the atmosphere is cosy, no fuss and with a good shot of viennese charm.
