This family owned resto with a one-page menu is definitely worth a visit. You quickly pick up the Croatian heritage from the several “Dalmatian style” menu items.
The fish soup - thick but not creamy - stands out because every ingredient in the bowl brings its own taste and texture. A spoon with redfish tastes different than a spoon with prawns, which is different than a spoon with clams.
Then we tried the classics, fried calamari and whole branzino. As good as it gets. We giggled at the two round slices of potatoes accompanying each dish.
Bill was 67 for the above items and water. We tipped, then the owner surprised us with a shot of the house digestiff, on the house. He toasted with us.
Just the best way to round off your restaurant experience....
