I've been in a couple of times as I work nearby. I ate in once and then grabbed takeaway with a colleague for lunch. The food was hot and fresh.
The fish is very tasty - with lovely batter like I remember from growing up in the UK. Portions are made up of various numbers of smaller pieces of fish rather than a single fish fillet.
The chips aren't quite the genuine article (they are closer to fries than the thicker cut chipshop chips in the UK and are crispier than their British counterparts). But bonus points for malt vinegar.
I'd dearly love to be able to take home fish and chips for supper - as that is my abiding memory of them as a treat as a child and as a young man studying in Scotland - but the fish and chip shop closes at 5pm.

The fries are not the classic thick-cut chips you would find at a traditional British chip shop, but they still tasted excellent. That said, I would have preferred them a little thicker and more authentically British (which, in my admittedly biased opinion, are still the best).
My main suggestion for improvement would be the portion size: having ordered a large and paying €20 for it, I had expected a more generous serving of fries – I ended up running out of them before I finished all my fish. That said, I had plenty of tartar sauce, which tasted great.
