(Update July 2021) Just glad I can go back to the gym. It's full but ok. I still get unsolicited, often bad advice from time to time but I can hardly blame the place for other people. Most of them are great (meaning they don't talk to me and are polite when asking if they can have the squat rack after my first set of five)
(Update June 2018) + 1 more Star. Finally toilets are back^^. We eventually arrived at the very basics you should expect from your gym. It was a long, long, long time coming. Lets see how long it lasts.
(Update May 2018) So I am gonna add +1 Star now since technically its fully operational now (weights, machines, etc.) however the men's toilet and shower broke down a couple weeks back and haven't been fixed yet. The "preliminary bath" has a somewhat haunted house charm. Think less old-mansion-villa and more white-tile-insane-asylum. You almost need to climb a washing machine to get to the sink so there is that...

(Update February 2018) So after it was packed to unusability in January and a construction site covering half the weight area it has been closed by the police, the girl at the entrance said "we don't know why", which I think is (a) very unlikely and (b) allows me to make up something. Don’t run a fitness business if: You have more than 50 locations and still can’t be bothered to provide even basic customer support. It feels like your customers simply don’t matter to you.
My girlfriend recently paid for her fitness card but accidentally entered the wrong customer number. As a result, her card hasn’t been working and she hasn’t been able to train for a week now.
Fitinn provides no phone number to call, no email address to write to — which is honestly shocking for a fitness service.
We even contacted you here on Instagram, and after several days, still no response. Meanwhile, my girlfriend has lost a week of training she paid for.
We’re sorry we have to keep applying more and more pressure like this, but it’s been over 9 days now and we haven’t received a response from anyone. We’ve written to you on Instagram and everywhere else we could think of.

Air conditioning, particularly in the changing room, is inadequate and machines often remain broken for long periods of time. The men's restroom has been out of service for more than a month. Despite repeated requests, employees simply stated that there was nothing they could do and forwarded an email to their manager.
The arrangement of the machines is extremely unfavorable compared to other fitinn branches in Vienna, so that many devices are missing in this hall, although there is enough space for them to be installed.
