I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The Chinese chef is unfriendly towards Chinese patrons. It's essential to embrace cultural diversity and communicate openly. If the restaurant has issues with photography or public expressions of dissatisfaction, a clear warning would be helpful instead of shouting customers. Normally, it's allowed to photograph people in public areas. Additionally, the restaurant design is quite ordinary. The dining tables and chairs were both covered in leftover debris, which was quite off-putting for the dining experience. Unfortunately, the European dining experience here was subpar. Aside from an arrogant attitude, the food lacked flavor. To add to the frustration, the service was rushed, with the server clearing our plates hastily and leaving without explanation. A more inclusive and customer-friendly approach is needed for a better...

Unfortunately the food became gradually worse. We dined here twice when they opened and they were super friendly, the food was good. Since then we‘ve already ordered here many times (a variety of dishes) because we wanted to support the owners. This time we were disappointed with all dishes. What we can recommend: Marinated Tofu, Cucumber Salad, Veggie Tang Mian. What we CANNOT recommend: Beef Tang Mian (super salty broth and bad quality beef), Rice Bowl with Tofu and Veggies (they come in a very thick, untasty brown sauce (lots of it, unfortunately, this time the rice was super watery, too) and all types of Jiaozi (they have NEVER been cooked through properly, we always have to fry them again in the pan at home). Maybe the quality is better when you dine there in comparison to ordering food. Sadly, we will not order...

We came here the first time 8months ago and we found the ramen terrible, super salted. We came here today and it has been a whole different story, so we assume that the first time we just went there during an unlucky day. The dumplings are really really nice, done with a good dough, rich in the filling and accompanied by a tasty sauce. I loved them. The udon were also flavorful and - aside from the big portion - the large amount of used ingredients is also welcome and it adds personality to a good dish. The price was 100% fair. The restaurant is small and it would...

Amazing Ramen in Vienna! I just had ramen in Vienna, and wow, it was incredible! The noodles were the absolute best I've ever had – perfectly cooked. The dumplings were also fantastic, full of flavor and cooked just right. And the ramen? Super delicious! The broth was rich and comforting, making the whole dish perfect. If you love ramen, you have to try this place in Vienna. It's truly excellent!
