JR Indian Fusion Cuisine — Restaurant in Vienna

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. I had to wait over 1 hour and 30 minutes for my delivery, which is absolutely unacceptable for any food service. When the food finally arrived, it was not warm at all — in fact, it was barely lukewarm and clearly had been sitting for a long time before being delivered.

The quality was just as bad as the temperature. The ingredients tasted stale, the texture was unpleasant, and the overall presentation was sloppy and unappetizing. It’s frustrating to spend money expecting a decent meal and to receive something that feels like it was prepared without any care or attention.

I have ordered from many places before, and I understand delays can happen, but the complete lack of quality control and care for the customer experience here is shocking. This was an all-around disappointing experience, and I will not be ordering...

Just ordered through Wolt. The taste of Pistachio Malai Chicken was okay but the chicken qty for a dish that is 19,90 euros of Wolt was very sad. Literally 4 small pieces 🙁. Plus, they forgot to put rice with it which Wolt had to credit back.
