Jumbo Schnitzelgarten — Restaurant in Vienna

Absolute nightmare! The service staff is extremely unfriendly. We have gotten just drinks and waited for them for 20 minutes! The staff runs around without any organization and the lady that took our order managed to mess it up as well - two drinks where one of them she did not bring and needed to come ask again and then still brought the wrong thing!!! We waited another 10 minutes for a receipt and it was more than 10€ for two drinks I told her that she did not bring me what I wanted. To this she got offended and replied “why I didn’t tell her when she brought the drink”…. I wanted to if it didn’t just suddenly lend in front of me and she was gone… Well then I learned that she was never been given a bad feedback, she does not throw drinks on the table and it was anyway my fault - apparently to have set down here to begin with 😅😅The receipt is non-existent - just to make sure no complaints about the prices arise… Well you can only imagine how a...

One of the worst food expiriences in Vienna. When we came in, lady waiter was extremly rude and when we politely asked for a table with a shade, she rudely said no. I ordered a salad for 10€ and the food did not matched the price. For a few leafes of salad, 2 tomatos and 5 sticks of fried chicken, the price was way too much. There was no dressing at all. We also ordered some soup, but then they gave us the salads and did not even bothered cleaning up the soups and also i had to ask for a fork that you should automatically get when they bring you food. Unfreundliches Personal, überteuertes aber nicht schlechtes Essen.

Leider wurden wir gleich zu Beginn angeschnauzt, dann warteten wir mindestens 10 min auf die Speisekarte, wo einer meiner Freunde eiskalt ignoriert wurde. Das mehrfache signalisieren, dass wir bestellen wollten auch. Danach wollten drei aus unserer Gruppe ein Leitungswasser bestellen, was laut Angaben des übrigens sehr unfreundlichen Kellners kostenlos ist. Geliefert wurde allerdings ein Soda. Wir beschwerten uns nicht über den Fehler, da wir die beiden Kellner nicht stören wollten. Beim bezahlen mussten alle drei von uns das Soda, dass ca. 3 € kostet was ich persönlich auch sehr teuer finde, da es nur ungefähr 200 ml waren, zahlen. Das finde ich persönlich sehr unverschämt, denn obwohl es rechtlich gesehen unsere Schuld war, weil wir das Soda getrunken haben, konfrontierte man uns mit unseren Fehler nicht sehr höflich. In der versuchten Diskussion ließen die beiden Kellner uns nicht zu Wort kommen. Fazit: Ich würde das Restaurant nicht empfehlen, obwohl das Essen nicht schlecht ist, da das Personal einfach nur...
