I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your café on 3.09.24. I visited with my small child in a stroller and approached the counter, where there were two staff members present. One of them was assisting another customer, while the second staff member appeared to deliberately ignore me.

Despite waiting patiently for a considerable amount of time, I was not acknowledged or offered any assistance. My child eventually became very upset and started crying, which forced me to leave without making a purchase.

This experience was extremely frustrating, especially as a parent trying to manage a small child. I hope that you will address this issue to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and attention...

Vorweg das Essen, die Torten und alles andere extrem gut. Liebe die Torten der Kurkonditorei. Der Oberlaatoast seit meiner Lehrzeit, mein Lieblingstoast!! Ich habe vor "Ewigkeiten" mal in der Firma gearbeitet aber nicht in der Filiale. Ich halte grundsätzlich von allen Filialen sehr viel, da ich weiss was geleistet wird, hinter den Kulissen. Aber, und deswegen auch nur drei Sterne, die Kellnerin an dem Tag, an dem wir dort waren, war teilweise einfach unglaublich. Sie war teilweise wahnsinnig unverschämt in ihren Aussagen, richtig hochnäsig. Sie hat ständig bei den Kunden, über die Kollegin und die Praktikantin gesprochen. Sie als Entschuldigung benutzt, weil sie Fehler macht. Es muss nicht das ganze Lokal wissen, dass die Kollegin krank ist und die Praktikantin nichts kann. (Und wenn du schwimmst, versuche trotzdem dein bestes und suder nicht bei den Gästen. Ein wirklich guter Gastronom gibt den Kunden das Gefühl, alles sei in Ordnung. Während das Lokal in Wahrheit in Flammen steht. Egal ob Service oder Küche, der Kunde soll mit einem guten Gefühl heim kommen.) War nicht wirklich fair und noch weniger professionell. Vorallem weil die Praktikantin sich, aus meiner Sicht, bemüht hat. Jeder kann mal einen schlechten Tag haben aber das war zu viel. Ziehe meinen Hut vor der Praktikantin und den Kollegen an der Theke und in der Küche. Die waren weiterhin nett und freundlich! War irgendwie komisch, vorallem weil ich gerne die Filialen besuche und die Erinnerungen, an früher, geniesse. Tut mir wirklich leid, diese Rezension zu hinterlassen. Hätte gerne mehr positives...

Beautiful bakery- café chain in Vienna. You can buy cakes, etc...here or dine at the establishment. They offer outdoors and indoors seating. Its a cosy cafe with a great menu, dishes ranging from savoury bites, toasties and breakfast dishes to cakes, tarts and the famous Austrian Knödel (dumpling) dish. On top of that they have a great variety of coffees, teas and other drinks, hot and cold. Lovely service, medium price range....
