Great experience - this was our first stop after landing in Vienna. It was totally worth the walk (which we needed to burn off the calories we consumed!). We ordered the infamous ‘Big Moma’ which lived up to its reputation. The sausage is still the best we have tried thus far, wedges great, bread delicious and the dips interesting. The man helped us with speaking great English to assist making our order - but tourists beware, you have to pay a 0.25 cent fee per bottle of drink if you wish to take it away from the stand. The man said this is a new rule. Overall I’d definitely recommend you add this to your to-do list in Vienna🙂

Big mama is an experience we wanted to try! But the most good thing is that the guy was so nice, my friend doesn't like meat and she's also allergic to some stuff and he was very careful to show ingredient of the vegan sausage (which it doesn't taste like meat so she was able to eat, since the restaurant right in front of the kiosk ignored her). The sausage with cheese is so delicious, also the potatoes are super fresh, the bread was also so soft and fresh.

GOOD LORD THIS PLACE!!! The angels themselves weep at the unparalleled greatness of this spot! Go and get the Big Mama Platter ASAP, that way your body can prepare itself to go back every day to get more! Note: this is a true, original sausage stand. There are no chairs, one small table, and a ledge for eating around the outside of the stand. It's at a major intersection, so traffic sounds abound. Is it all still worth it? ABSOLUTELY!

The worst place i've ever been to He tried (and successfully) to steal us a lot of money don't giving us the receipt first of all. Then the place was pretty dirty and the owner was obviously drunk (and maybe even high on something else). There were a lot of high people there (friends of the owner) that didn't make feel us safe. When we tried to have back our money (5€ euro my girlfriend and me 1.50€) he started to insult us with racist phrases (like "our nationality" piece of s**t) and then he started to make the middle finger to us. He started to be come aggressive because we would not leave, since we wanted our money back. He Will probably reply to this saying that we're lying, but as you can see in other reviews, he does this everytime, so believe us so you won't get scammed. Places and people like this ruin the city and that's why I called the police. Kisses Leo, I Hope they close...
