Mark Graf — Restaurant in Vienna

We were really disappointed with our visit to Mark Graf, an Austrian restaurant we had been looking forward to trying. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was completely ruined by people smoking indoors. We pointed this out to the waitress, but she insisted they were smoking outside—even though we could clearly see people smoking inside the restaurant.

When we showed her the situation, the smokers began speaking provocatively about us, which was incredibly uncomfortable and disrespectful. Instead of supporting us, the waitress went over to them and asked them to smoke outside in a way that made it seem like we were causing a problem for bringing it up.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a restaurant that should be providing a welcoming and respectful environment for all guests. Sadly, we won’t be coming back, and we wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values basic courtesy and a smoke-free...

Total scam!!!! We went there with a fork discount 50%, waiter was rude and ignorant, first he gave us a wrong menu with way cheaper prices and then made us to pay way more, cause they have different menu for Fork clients where prices basically almost 2x higher. Additionally he scammed us for side dishes, in menu it’s clearly stated that Schnitzel includes!! Side dish, which already was 18€ so it’s ridiculous for such a dirty place and then we had to pay additional 5€ for fries. When we tried to talk to him, he couldn’t say anything except „yea there’s a system in a computer I’m not doing anything“. Had a terrible experience with this restaurant, the most unpleasent thing was the waiter. The waiter was rude and kept adding stuff to the order that wasnt even asked, at the end we add to pay for a lot of extras just because he kept adding it and bringing it to our table, we even said we did not want those extras but the waiter was rude.
