Meva Restaurant — Restaurant in Vienna

I recently stopped by Meva Restaurant on Mariahilfer Straße in Vienna and was really impressed by the warm, no-nonsense atmosphere. The interior is cozy, with simple wooden tables and a few alfresco spots outside—perfect for a relaxed lunch.

I tried their homemade falafel and lentil soup as starters—both were rich, comforting, and clearly made with care. For the main course, I had a juicy kebab wrapped in crisp pita bread. The portion was generous and well-priced, around €7–8 including a drink.

What really stood out was the friendly service. The staff welcomed me warmly, offered a complimentary tea, and checked in often to ensure everything was to my liking. The focus on fresh ingredients and cleanliness was obvious from the first bite.

One of coziest, friendliest and moreover tastiest Turkish food place in Vienna. The atmosphere and the owner Pasa and his wife are so friendly which they really care about their freshness about their products as long as its taste. As a Turkish food lover, I strongly recommend to start to your meal with a yummy Lentil soup, and then eat Turkish traditional pide and end with Sutlac (Turkish style Milk rice). It is 10/10. His chicken doner is also very good. Their fresh Veggies and their homemade secret recipe garlic sauce is amazing together. You should definitely check it...
