We ordered pizza by phone and drove there to pick up. Upon arrival, the staff asks me to pay as pizzas arrive and once I have already taken the card out, she tells me that actually they don't have anymore the pizza we ordered but the other one is being prepared. I was confused totally, as she kept changing the story. Apparently they changed the menu (and the prices as I later discovered) but not the online version NOR did the staff who answered the phone and took our order know that. So I could choose another one there (as my partner was waiting in car, had to find a solution for parking etc), but since she said the other was already being prepared they wouldn't be hot and fresh at the same time, and then in two attempts to understand it turned out none was being already prepared, but she started being really rude and saying well you can also cancel. There was not a single time an apology, nor an offer for a discount - she offered a jar of olives ?!?!?!? She said it will be done in 5 minutes which is of course impossible but I did not want to engage anymore with this incredibly rude person and said that I will not pay before I see the pizzas. I have waited for 15,20 minutes (it was almost 40 minutes since we actually ordered by phone) and only once I came to pay she said the higher prices and when I got suprised again she became agressive and showing me the menu. Once I said their menu online shows different prices, she told me off by thanking for my comment. Horrible horrible experience. We will...

Was weiß ich. Alles also halb so wild.

Pizza Bussi Ciao is an easy 4.8. It was all in sync. From the service, the deco to the star of the show “the pizza”. The pizzas were really good, not to mention the extremely generous toppings. The chunky mozzes was the only thing I disliked. I love my mozzes gooey. If you’re a fan of Neapolitan pizza you should give Bussi Ciao a chance. I’m super sensitive to noise so the only minus for me is the almost-loud music. Compared to Randale it’s still considered decent though. I’ll definitely going back despite the noise. This pizza joint is on the ground floor, so it’s easily accessible for people in wheelchair. Take the bus # 13A in Skodagasse direction, get off at Piaristengasse and 30 steps away you’ll find the the gate to pizza heaven. No need to scan for menu photos on google reviews because it’s available on...

Best Napolitan pizza you will find not only in Vienna but also in many other countries. 9.5/10 place. We were a couple on a Saturday night and the place was packed with people. This is not hard since the place is not that big. We ordered our pizzas and in +- 25 minutes they were served as hot as it gets. Importantly they have GLUTEN FREE DOUGHS, which is very hard to find in pizza places. On top of that, the tomato sauce is very flavoury and they use high quality ingredients for the toppings. My only complain would be the music being too loud and the place being really small, but these are personal preferences. I would have a pizza from this place every week without a doubt. Do not skip this place, you will regret it.

Perfect Napolitan style pizza. The dough itself is super tasty and fragrant, a sign of slow rise and long fermentation, love it. We did not have a reservation, but the waitress was kind enough to squeeze us in if we did not take more than an hour. Service and pizza is very very fast, so an hour was more than enough without needing to rush finishing eating. Had cantuccini with a nice sweet wine as desert. Perfect end of a lovely meal. Be aware, the Nutella pizza is a full size calzone with Nutella and ricotta inside, it took my girlfriend by surprise how big it was for a desert, but again it was super tasty.
