Waited in line outside for 30 minutes during the week, notice it takes everyone about 30 minutes to go in. There are many people that ignored the line and went in front and security was fine with it ( tourists not workers of the building) They will search you like the airport which was fine with us. Once inside you see exactly the main picture on reviews. There is a sign that says the building is not a museum therefore all levels have rooms for those who work there and you are not allowed to go anywhere other the entrance and caffe. There is a Caffè on the top which we went there due to the Instagram videos. Tip:they do not accept card only cash ( funny how being the justice palace they run the Caffè illegal) we didn't buy anything as we didn't have cash so just left 10 minutes after we got in the building. You will lose more time outside waiting than actually inside. Update: I came today after 6 months to bring my brother in law as he really wanted to see inside. We arrived at 12.20 and saw a sign that says that entry is every hour now and let only 25 people inside. There's no line actually just all people smashed together in 5 meter space and people yelling at each other to go back to the line. We had to wait till 13.30 to get in even if you want to go to the bar to have lunch which is stupid. Last entry at 14.30 as it closes at 15.30! Staff are just bored and don't...
Read moreI arrived at 9:15 am & waited in front of the building for 15 minutes. I didn't carry any big backpack with me. There were some tourists waiting before entering the building. At 9:30 am the security guards let all the visitors, less then 25 people, pass through the security gate. A lady who carried a backpack was asked to drop off her backpack into the locker in the other building. The security guards were polite and graciously welcomed the other visitors inside the hall free-of-charge. It's one of the most pleasant experiences to get a chance to see one of the most beautiful interior design of Justizplalast. I didn't know about the cafe. One of the security guards told me about the rooftop cafe while I was walking around & taking picture. After I had enough, I decided to visit the cafe on the 5th by taking the lift. Cafe doesn't accept any card payment. Cash only. Make sure you have enough cash to pay for coffee & bakery. I bought a cup of cappuccino, took a seat at the terrace, and enjoyed the spectacular view of the...
Read moreSome people come in to ask why they are waiting so long, because they are waiting outside and there is a queue. Others come in without respect so that they don't have to wait in line anymore. Be careful that someone else doesn't enter in your place. Talk to them respectfully. Because only 25 people can enter. Otherwise you have to wait another hour. Security doesn't do their job by standing at the entrance by the door and asking: how can we help you? All three Security guards are inside and they don't know who respected the queue. And security only comes when they have to let 25 people in! And they don't know how to respect the queue!
Otherwise, very nice, but especially up at the cafe where there is a superb panorama! It's worth the wait and to visit!
You can eat, drink, it's big inside and outside on the terrace! Only the smell that greets you when you enter the cafe is bad! It seems that their kitchen doesn't work!!! So that tourists can stay in a pleasant smell! When you leave, you'll smell like...
