Pizzeria Mamanoso Wien — Restaurant in Vienna

The worst online order experience I have ever had.

We ordered 2x pizza margeritha + 1x mini spring rolls. We where told our delivery is about to arrive after 45 min. Nothing has arrived for another hour. When calling the restaurant multiple times, nobody answered. Finally someone answered and we were told in broken English that everything is fine and the food is coming and they are just busy. Since we aren’t people who want to cause a good business that’s giving its best unnecessary troubles, we believed them and continued waiting patiently. Another hour passed, still nothing. We called again to inquire about our order since 2 3/4 hours have passed by now even though it should have only taken about 30 min. Multiple calls, nobody answered. Finally someone answered and told us in broken English that everything is great and fine and they will take care of it. 5 min later we call again. The restaurant is terribly sorry because something unimaginable bad happened but they will gladly keep our money. When asking for a refund, they just hang up! Legal action will be taken, I hope nobody else order from this more than mediocre restaurant anymore....

Came tired after a flight, the staff was very patient and nice. They didnt know english well but tried their best to help us with the menu. I mentioned im not eating meat and they told me about all the meals without meat. Later i chose noodles woth vegtebals and they came in care to ask me if its fine that there are eggs in the dish. Stayed in Vienna for a few days right down the street. Decided to get pizza and a couple of salads to go. For a big city the prices were very reasonable. The pizza was good with a nice crust and the two salads were large with diverse contents. Would recommend...
