I would recommend to make a reservation for peak periods: the place is very busy, which is actually very well compensated by service as well as food quality.
Check for the daily/weekly recommendations: we also picked a couple of great, rarely available dishes fitting the actual season. The selection in general is very interesting: quite a few plates that were normally housemade in the region ("traditional") but taste improved to today's restaurant expectation.
