I would like to sincerely thank the staff of Santos Restaurant, as they made our evening truly wonderful ✨

Even though the maximum number of guests allowed for a table reservation is 14, our group — which was initially supposed to be 18 people and eventually grew to 22 — was comfortably accommodated at a long, spacious table at Santos.

We are big fans of this restaurant chain. The food is always excellent and of high quality, and the drinks are equally deserving of praise.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude, as during the organization of this event I had to call three or four times to change the date and the number of guests. The staff treated all my requests with great respect and patience.

Once again, I sincerely thank you for making our evening both enjoyable and productive — it turned out to be an excellent occasion for important networking.

I would also like to add that the only minor drawback worth mentioning was the temperature in the room and the sound insulation. However, this is by no means an issue related to the staff — it concerns the building itself. Perhaps if the walls had been treated with soft sound-absorbing materials, the noise would not have spread as much, and people wouldn’t have had to raise their voices. That said, we did have a large group, so the issue with the air conditioning or ventilation — it was a bit warm — is understandable. Again, it’s simply a small point that could perhaps be improved in the future.

But honestly, everything was more than wonderful. Thank you...

This restaurant is located just a little outside of the main old town, about 10-15min walk, or take the U1 metro to Nestroplatz. We did not want to eat in the super busy super crowded city centre on a Sunday, and so we chose this place (vegetarian friendly).

We came at the peak of dinner time and the restaurant was quite packed, but the friendly restaurant manager found us a table very quickly.

It was a little loud since the restaurant was packed and the sound from the music and the cocktails preparation. But it was bearable and we could still talk. If you prefer it less loud, then come a little later, they are open till midnight.

We ordered the nachos with cheese (thank goodness it wasn't packet nachos), 1 chicken burrito, 1 enchiladas verde (vegetarian), 1 beer and 1 water. Came to EUR55/USD64.

The rice was not wrapped into the burrito, which is good, because you can choose how much carbs you want to eat. The enchiladas verde was delicious and i felt it was a sin not to finish it even though i was already full. They also have a big selection of cocktails!

I am not a food photographer and please pardon my photography skills. The food was plated nicely but my photos are not...

Portions are getting small and amount of meat very little. I was not happy with the portion but I wasn’t asked about it either during the meal, only after I had finished, and then no reaction to my feedback, except for “oh”. I guess the restaurant has to save on the quality and size of the portions, being a long time customer I don’t like it. Staff not interested in the customers. As the platanos were also wiped from the menu, I can recommend mainly for cocktails during the happy hour.
