If you’re wondering how to celebrate your birthday, book a cocktail workshop at Seven Botanicals. My friends and I arrived a little early, and everything was already perfectly set up. Our personal barkeeper greeted us with a great attitude and a friendly vibe.

During the workshop, we got to mix our own drinks, enjoy luxurious finger food, and learn interesting facts about the world of alcohol. Our barkeeper, Nico, was highly skilled, and the entire experience felt both professional and infused with a warm, welcoming energy. The presence of F&B manager Thomas only enhanced the atmosphere—just like Nico, it was clear that he truly enjoys what he does.

War am 26.8.24 erstmalig im Hotel Schani und habe im Seven Botanicals einen sehr angenehmen Abend mit meiner Begleitung erlebt. Der Gastgarten hinten hinaus ist ruhig gelegen, die Tische so platziert, dass man nicht zwangsläufig die Gespräche des Nachbartisches mithören kann/muss. Die Bedienung war äußerst aufmerksam - ein junges Team - sehr engagiert. Julian hat uns gut beraten bei der Auswahl der Getränke und Cocktails, die Vorlieben hinterfragt und gut interpretiert bei der Empfehlung - bei mir ist die Wahl dann auf den Mirtillo Spritz gefallen und es nicht bei einem geblieben, so gut hat mir der geschmeckt. Auch die anderen beiden waren sehr aufmerksam, nicht nur an unserem Tische sondern waren auch stehts bemüht, alles im Blick zu bewahren, nachzufragen, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Zu Essen habe ich mir die Pinsa Hendl it bestellt, reichlich und schmackhaft, die Idee, eine Schere dazuzulegen, finde ich originell - hab dann aber doch das normale Besteck benutzt. Komme gerne wieder! Gewünscht hätte ich mir noch, als das Tageslicht etwas verschwand, ein paar Teelichter am Tisch, dass hätte die Stimmung perfekt gemacht.

Went to Hotel Schani for the first time on 26.8.24 and had a very pleasant evening with my companion at Seven Botanicals. The guest garden at the back is in a quiet location, the tables are placed in such a way that you can/must not overhear the conversations of the neighboring table. The service was extremely attentive - a young team - very dedicated. Julian advised us well on the choice of drinks and cocktails, questioned our preferences and interpreted them well when recommending them - I chose the Mirtillo Spritz and didn't stop at just one, it tasted so good. The other two were also very attentive, not only at our table but also always trying to keep an eye on everything, asking questions without being intrusive. I ordered the Pinsa Hendl it for my meal, it was plentiful and tasty, and I thought the idea of adding scissors was original - but I ended up using the normal cutlery. I'll be back again! the place is incredible, with a modern and welcoming decoration down to the smallest details, the internal and external environment are welcoming and relaxing, the staff are attentive and friendly, the service is fast and kind, my best regards to Anna who from the first day was very attentive and helped us choose the perfect dessert.
