Restaurant UNO — Restaurant in Vienna

We went there with a group of 30 project partners, which we announced well in advance. Nevertheless, we waited 1h for the starters and another hour for the main course. Online, they proudly advertise vegan and beef dishes, but arriving there they didn't even have a single non-meat dish on the menu (except Apfelstrudel). After some discussion, they offered me a single veg. option, salad with vegetables and walnuts, which I would have refused if I had known it costs 16€ ... no bread extra, no cheese or tofu or anything.

I also saw and tried other dishes, and the high prices are absolutely not justified for the presented quality. A colleague of mine was charged 4€ more than what the prices on the menu were. They probably overcharged many of our group, since usually nobody bothers to double-check the menu.

I am surprised that others had such a bad experience. I came by for lunch right after they opened and everything was exceptional. My waiter, Elisha, was courteous, prompt, and overall provided wonderful service.

Service is slow and food mediocre. Still waiting on my next drink! They don’t want to sell high margin drinks here apparently. Could care less attitude - odd🧐 now waiting on the check let’s see how long this takes. No where else to go locally without getting on the train. Update -when leaving tried charging me 10 euros service charge...
