I’m a meat eating Singaporean who knows his Asian food. When I came here I had a lot of doubts. In 3 mins they vanished when I met our host Jin who took the time to explain the values of the restaurant, the ingredients and how they go together.
Everything here is fresh and delectable. Though no onion and garlic is used (Jin says that the smells affect meditative states and hence why)…
Everything tasted incredibly delicious. I had the laksa which was different from the Singaporean version. But, it was so good!!!! And HUGE!
Everything we had today, including the vegan duck and the ham Bai was succulent, juicy and crispy.
We ended the meal with a plate of almonds that came in their shells — from the bazaars of Uzbekistan.
I am humbled. This was one of the best dining experiences of my life.

It is a family restaurant and really felt as if we were having a family dinner with them since food really tasted home made.
