Zushi Market Buffet Donauzentrum — Restaurant in Vienna

I normally don’t leave negative reviews on Google, but this was truly the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

When we first sat down, the woman in a white T-shirt asked us to order drinks. We ordered two, but she later brought out an extra small one. When we noticed the mistake, we told another waitress in a black T-shirt, and she said it was fine. But then the woman in the white T-shirt came back again to question us about it, as if it were our fault, and walked away rolling her eyes in frustration.

At the end, when we paid, she threw the bill on the table, charged us the wrong amount, and then demanded we pay the difference in cash — again with a terrible attitude.

Normally, if the food isn’t good, I just let it go and don’t bother writing a review. But this time, the woman in the white T-shirt was so unbelievably rude that I felt I had to share. Spending money here just to be treated this way is...

Today, I was a little tired after shopping at donauzentrum, so I passed by the door and bought some sushi and wanted to sit down to eat. Unfortunately, there was no empty seat. So I took the sushi to their restaurant and asked, since there was no seat at their stall, could I sit down in the restaurant and eat this box of sushi. The employee actually said that the food at the stall was taken away and could not be eaten in the restaurant. I asked her, since your stall at the door is takeaway, why don’t you remove the seats completely? Extremely rude woman kicked us out of the restaurant without even asking why we had sat down. I wanted to order a drink and then get some food but she saw that my daughter had a takeout container from their own kiosk nearby and she got very upset.
