Papa Joes Zell am See — Restaurant in Zell am See

I visited this snack bar in Zell am See late one evening when I had the “ munchies“ after a night out. We were made very welcome by the cook, Mr Steger and he was keen to make sure that we had a positive experience. This is not a high class restaurant - it is a snack bar selling fast food, salads and pizza. But, everything is freshly cooked and was served hot and with care. When we came into the restaurant,lady was very unfriendly They did not have any guests,but we understood the speaking in Balkan language. Lady said to the cook why we had to come in now cause she will have to work. So another Balkan restaurant,with no manners. More better places around which locals have and are allways friendly to guests. Would definitly...

Very nice owners. We got the Bosne sandwich and Papa Joe dubble burger menu. Was worth the wait. Owners are open for a good chat about life and work abroad.

The place is open most days during the week. Good place to eat after skiing or your apres-ski evening.
