Oh fair and noble friends, I must share with thee the most delightful dining experience that hath recently befallen me. I didst venture forth to a small but mighty establishment, known for its culinary delights and hospitable staff. Upon entering, I was greeted by the most amiable host, who didst lead me to my seat with great cheer and courtesy. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, soft music playing in the background. The menu was a veritable feast for the senses, with dishes both innovative and traditional. I was hard-pressed to choose, but ultimately didst opt for the Wiener Schnitzel, which was cooked to perfection and served with a delightful array of fries. The flavors were bold and well-balanced, and I didst savor every bite, it was a truly sublime experience. The schnitzel was pounded thin and cooked to a golden crisp, and the fries were perfectly seasoned and oh-so-tender. It was a classic dish that was executed with finesse and care. But the true highlight of the evening was the service. The waitstaff were attentive and efficient, and didst go above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. They were highly knowledgeable about the menu. Absolute must visit if in Zell Am See. From the beginning the cozy atmosphere assured us that we picked the right restaurant for our dinner. Welcomed by tasty bread with tzatziki and very welcoming owner/manager. For starter we choose the beef tartare (on photo) this was complimented by very good white wine. As main my wife had chicken supreme stuffed with cheese and mushrooms (on photo) and I had rump steak (on photo), which I consider the TOP 3 steaks I’ve ever had. Très bon restaurant avec un personnel très sympathique qui a pris le temps de traduire ou de nous expliquer les plats en anglais. Cadre super, ambiance calme. L amuse bouche bruschetta était très bonne. Ensuite nous avons pris un tartare de bœuf avec une mayonnaise à la truffe qui était à tomber et un petit œuf frit très bon également. J aurai rajouté un tout petit peu plus de cette mayonnaise ^^ Le tartare de thon avocat mangue était très bon également et sublimé par une mayonnaise sésame et une crème au raifort? Pour les plats, nous avons pris les suggestions du moment sur le thème des champignons. Le boeuf était très bon, je le recommande. Les accompagnements étaient bon également. J ai pour ma part moins aimé le plat avec du porc que j ai presque trouvé fade par rapport au reste déjà goûté.
