Everything was cool, the stations are fine and clean etc., but I only give three stars because of the attitude of the ticket seller. We came to the ropeway at around 3 pm and bought tickets for going up and down again to reach Zell am See. We told the ticket seller that we wanted to go up, hike to another station and go down from there again. She said fine, that's good, no problem, you'll reach the next station in around two hours. What she didn't tell us, though, was that the ropeway going directly down to Zell am See was closed and that the others would close at 5 pm. Had we known that, we wouldn't even have taken the ropeway up to hike, we'd have directly gone to Zell am See. Well, we found it out on the mountain then, and luckily we still got the ropeway down, but still ... She really should have told us since she already knew our plans. So, if you go there, check the ropeway times...
