McDonald’s — Restaurant in Zell am See

I think this is some special McDonald's where they experimented with hiring disabled people. I don't have any other explanation. Every time I go there food is either burnt, raw or the order is wrong. Every.time.without.a.fail.... I complained about the order because the meat looked like as if somebody chewed it and spat it back out. They replaced it but forgot the extra cheese and put the wrong sauce. Imagine if I had allergies. That would be a hefty lawsuit. They don't give a shit about making the food nice. It's literally just thrown in the box. I take Happy meal toys for my daughter. Do you think they care about selecting the toy I actually paid for? Hell no. They just throw in whatever's closest. And when I complained about that I had to read the receipt to the staff???? Can he not read? Blind people with two left hands would prepare the food better than the people working there currently. Waste of time and money. Will not be visiting again...

Classic McDonald's with some extras. All the usual McDonald's offerings as you would expect but with some more locale specific options like extra bacon, crispy chicken burger, etc... There are those touch screens (3 of them to be specific) for ordering your food, if you don't feel like talking to a human being. The wait is not too long. It is crowded in the evenings but guys that work there do their job correctly. 5 stars for them! You also have drive-in option if you are in a hurry or just to lazy to order normally. Indoor playground for kids makes your life easier as a parent, so you can eat your meal in peace. All in all, great place and...

Very very disappointed. I have ordered 3 GLUTEN FREE burgers and when I got home,I have realised all of them made from the normal bun with GLUTEN🙄🙄while I was in the store they made my 2 oat milk coffee with normal milk…the lady at the coffee counter was very unhelpful and she was angry at me when I noticed my 1st coffee order is wrong… then she made the 2nd also with normal milk. This store is a total mess and waste...
