We took one time a 2 course menu and the second time a 4 course surprise menu including wine pairing.

!!And then there was the wine pairing—without a doubt, the best we have ever had. The sommelier Tony, a true artist in his craft, brought an energy and knowledge that was simply inspiring. Every sip complemented the dishes so flawlessly that it felt like pure magic.!!

Das Vogl is class, high-level gastronomy, and pure indulgence. If you are a fine taster and you’re tired of the Schnitzel, a true bourgondiër (especially reaching out my Belgian people), and someone who appreciates the art of food and wine, this is where your money is meant to be spent. This restaurant deserves the heaven—a must-visit for those seeking the extraordinary.

The food was great. Probably a solid 4.5, especially when the baseline in the area is pulled pork and schnitzel. We had the 7 and 4 courses menu with wine. Good selection of mostly local wine as much as possible. The service was at first strange (with inappropriate remarks from an inexperienced server, then switched to a charming server - but very inexperienced. Arrived at the place, was told at the reception that it was open and when I entered the restaurant there was nobody around even though they had 2 tables. After a couple of minutes, I had to enter the kitchen where the staff was staying and laughing instead of helping customers.
