Extra Chicken Broasted in Adliya — Restaurant in Bahrain Island

I ordered a halo-halo for delivery via WhatsApp. At first, I didn't know that I'm chatting with a Filipino, so I'm typing in English. But suddenly the one I'm chatting respond in tagalog. So I apologize, but only thumbs up I get as a respond. Then I ask if I can pay by benefit, then this person respond, with yes I can and sent the benefit no. I said okay thank you, I will send the payment once I get the delivery. When the food was delivered, I sent them the screenshot of benefit, and I said thank you again. But the same respond, only thumbs up. I ordered already here before 2 halo-halo. Me and my colleague like it so much that's why I order again. But this time I was so disappointed. Even though 1 item only I ordered I deserve a good service, a polite staff, and delicious food. I gave a 2 star for the service because of the delivery guy, he is much better than the kabayan, whoever is handling the orders that time.... Now I understand why most of the comments here is negative. Customers are keep coming back in a restaurant not only because of the food, but also because of the excellent service...

Used to be really good. They would deliver in the white styrafoam containers with the fries in a separate one. Now they pack in a big tall box like KFC with the fries thrown in there. Fries are soggy now, chicken doesn't taste as good, plus fries are very skinny now. Not sure why they would ruin a good thing. Use to be one of my favourite chicken places.
