Infinity Suites — Hotel in Bahrain Island

I highly do not recommend staying that this hotel. After a long 14 hour flight, I was so excited to finally get to my hotel room. When I got there, they told me that the room they were going to give me had problems so they assigned me another room, which was supposed to be better. When I got to the room I noticed that the ceiling tiles were falling, I only had one towel, the wifi was virtually nonexistent, the stove looked disgusting, both the toaster and kettle were broken, they did not provide me with any water, and the cord for the phone didn't actually fit the phone. Even with all of these issues with the room, and knowing that this was the better room between the two, I was too tired to say anything and ended up staying there for the month I booked the room for. Unfortunately the issues I noticed on the first day weren't the only problems there. After a week, I asked them if they could send someone to service the room when I was at work. They said they would send someone within the next couple of days. Unfortunately, no one showed up. A week later, one of the cleaning ladies approached me complaining that I never asked anyone to service my room. I then bit my tongue and nicely asked her if someone could come up that day. When I came back from work, I was excited to see that they did in fact clean the room. Unfortunately, they did not leave me with any towels, which I later on had to beg to get. That was also the only time my room was serviced during the four weeks I was there. About a day after they serviced my room, the hotel demanded that I paid my current room balance immediately for my stay there, even though I was told when I got there that I was supposed to pay the whole thing when I checked out. (Luckily, my job reimbursed me for my flight the day before so I was able to give them the money they were demanding so rudely.) Then, when I finally went to check out, and leave the hotel, they claimed that I broke the toaster and the kettle in the room, which were already broken when I arrived. The hotel is ok for relaxing the rooms is very good space, furniture good but old and the pool is not working

No mop or brushes in the rooms and the housekeeping always busy because one guy to serve all the rooms at night and one for the day shift, you have to ask them many times to serve you, otherwise everything ok

The rooms are quite spacious. We stayed in the suite with two big bedrooms, with Attached bathrooms and toilets, a living area, and a kitchen that contained a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a kettle, and some dishes, cups, and cutlery. The rooms are aircoditioned. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's in a very good neighbourhood, with some very good Indian, Italian, and Mexican restaurants within walking distance.
