Lilou Artisan Patisserie — Restaurant in Bahrain Island

Extremely dissapointment with the service this isn't the first time. I have been calling all the day the customer service,instagram dm and reached out on whatsapp I have asked to order a cake from 12 noon and its 11:27 at night and I haven't received proper information saying we are receiving a  lot of orders or the Baker is asleep isn't a an excuse for understaffed and disorganised system. I could order a cake in the u.s and have delivered to my friend who lives there the same day online without any human contact and you guys want me to go to shop to confirm an order on top of not getting full details on my order. I have been waiting on the call for soo long and then I end up talking to Shauni which had only excuses and no help at all I told her I need an answer before 12 and i still  didn't receive an answer. Such a terrible system, horrible customer service. Last time I ordered u forgot my note on the cake and asked me shamefully to come to shop to come take it and when i said no sent someone to drop it but the fact that u made a mistake and then asked me to take it. And now nothing I have no confirmed order and Shanu never called back. Seriously for everything that this country has done for this bakery I expect more respect and proper...

Great place to pick up snacks. Altogether delicious! For the record, this is a review for the Artisan Patisserie which is not the cafe a few blocks away. In this specific location you cannot dine-in, but rather must order and pick up. They make a huge selection of items from small snacks as in hors d’oeuvres to salads, main dishes and cakes. For New Year’s, I picked up a variety of small things for the family to snack on. (I picked up in their boxes, but if you drop off serving platters from home they will arrange the snacks for you.) I ordered a mix of canapés and small sweets. Everything was amazing. Also, the prices are much better than one would think (the cafe is not cheap).
